This document discusses five different ways to use writing with electronic tools: writeboards, blogs, wikis, webquests, and e-books. It also describes blogs, wikis, and microblogging (like Twitter). Blogs allow for a chronological collection of personal commentary to generate a community. Wikis and microblogging like Twitter allow for sharing digital content in small pieces online to create online communities. The document also provides statistics on growth of Twitter users from 2013 to 2015.
