He was the academy winning Western legend, recognized as one of the best
filmmakers of all time, his name was John Ford. He started out his career in film
in July 1914 as an assistant, labourman and actor for his brother Francis Ford. It
was not until 1917 where he made his debut as a director with the lost film, The
Tornado and ended his career in the early 1970s with his last film Chesty: A

Risk is contemporary and continuous challenge in the world of finance. In general,
risk is understood as a situation where an uncertainty of desired results exists, as well
as the undesirable consequences. Risk is studied as a subject within several social
sciences and these include statistics, economics, financial management and insurance.
Examination of risk in each of these sciences has specific aspects that differ from
those in others.
Credit Risk
Risks faced by financial institutions (both conventional and Islamic financial
institutions) in the operations that they perform are of different nature and types:
exchange rate risk, trade risk (or market risk), political risks, risks that represent
changes in the value of assets and good, etc. Credit risk is deemed to be the most
significant type of risk which is faced by financial institutions and in their
relationship with the owners of wealth. Credit risk relates to the debtor s ability to
repay the debt at the specified time, and in accordance with the conditions stipulated
in the contract signed and agreed upon to. The debtor s inability to abide by his
obligations will lead to a loss, breach of contract and therefore will become a risk for
the institution.

For the last six weeks in both mental and acute setting, I have reflected on events
that I had met in each week. Now, I am going to identify essential personal learning
outcomes from those events and will include personal awareness of strengths and
weaknesses. Among the different models of reflection, I will use the Gibbs model of
reflectionwhich entails six stages such as description, feelings, evaluation, analysis,
conclusion, action plan.

In the past six weeks while I was on placement, I was able to critically reflect on my
performance on a weekly basis. I was able to pin point my own practises that breached
the infection control protocol such as forgetting to put on gloves when I administered
intramuscular injection as well as not wearing the personal protective equipment
when entering into the room for a contact precaution patient. Some situations not only
gave me an opportunity to learn from others but also to seek feedback to improve my
communication skills especially in providing health education to indigenous patients.
Lastly, there were instances that my critical thinking was challenged and I was able
to prevent an event that could endanger a patient s life by advocating for the patient.

Recently, there has been a shift of the land: new crops and new owner. As for
crops, the Norfolk four course system has come into popularity; the system is
characterized by 4 stages, wheat, then turnips, next clover and ryegrass which is
then left for grazing or fodder. Being able to leave non producing land for 2 years
maybe be a contributor to the new owners. Large farms owned by the upper class

Experiences play a vital role on who we are as a person, more importantly the
memories that we ve had as children stick with us for the rest of our lives. They help
structure and model us into a person that will eventually do extraordinary things that

illnesses. Treatments for anxiety has been created based on research found on how to
tackle anxiety. A common treatment is medication. Two common medications for
