This research work will therefore enable stakeholders in education, i.e. parents, teachers, government
etc., to identify the types of information need by students and also broaden the information search
scope of secondary school students. It is also hoped that the finding from this study will serve as
catalyst to the government in providing good ICT facilities. Such as a well equipped library,
laboratory equipment and information centers that will boost the teaching and learning processes. It is
believed that the outcome of this study will facilitate the creation of a dynamic school curriculum, that

What defines the cause that ultimately depicts our take on life? On the surface, people typically see
gender as a definable matter, but fail to consider the variations that exist. Stories provide examples of

The During The Reconstruction Era
During the Reconstruction era which occurred after the Civil War there was animosity between the
states as well as the debate over how freed slaves should be dealt with in terms of becoming citizens
with the same rights as the Constitution provided for whites. The government had to come up some
type of conditions which would attempt to allow the rebellious southern states back into the union.
During this time period President Abraham Lincoln appointed provisional military governors to
oversee the re establishment of the southern states into the union as well as a functioning government.
Yet, during the late 1800 s the Republicans ruled Congress and made efforts during the Reconstruction
end to ensure that everyone had the same equal rights by passing the Civil Rights Bill to ensure that
everyone had equal rights. This also led to questions as to what to do with the recently freed blacks.
The main problem was with the Southern states and getting them to except black, so the government
implemented laws and Constitutional Amendments which helped the federal government with the
enforcement of equal rights which would give blacks in the south the rights to hold office and vote.
This leads us to the freeman s Bureau which was also a part of the Reconstruction Act. The
Reconstruction act of 1867 required southern states to except and ratify the 14th Amendment granting
equal protection for the freed blacks, and the 15th Amendment guaranteed the right for blacks to vote.

Sustainability of U.S. Balance of Payment Deficit The U.S. has been running a trade deficit
consistently since the early 1980s. There have been minor recessions from 1980 to 2008. The Great
Recession starting as a result of complex financial products, which masked debt risk (McGahey,
2014). The Great Recession was not a result of trade deficit itself. The question naturally arises; can
the U.S. maintain trade deficits indefinitely? Overall, Carbaugh argues that there is no economic
reason why the United States cannot continue to sustain current account deficits (Carbaugh, 2013).
Similarly, Karczmar quoting Herb Stein suggests that if the U.S. deficit is a problem, and there is no
solution to the problem, then there is no problem (Karczmar, 2004, p. 9). There are risks in
maintaining chronic deficits, however. The focus turns to analyzing if the benefits outweigh the risks,
and if not, what can be done to reduce the deficit without negatively impacting the U.S. economy
overall. Both Carbaugh, and Karczmar s risk assessments, options for keeping or reducing the deficit,
and impacts of deficit reduction are explored below. Carbaugh explains that the U.S. media and trade
unions myopically focus on merchandise trade imbalance while glossing over the fact that services
balance has been positive (Carbaugh, 2013). The discussion turns towards services jobs paying less
