Secure Training Process
I m fortunate enough to have my internship, Giant Steps, be affiliated with my current place of
employment, Care Point Health, Christ Hospital. All employees under the CarePoint Health
umbrella have to go through annual training called Secure Training . Secure Training is a de
escalation training that all employees are mandated to take, if they have any interaction with clients
/patients. When an individual becomes an employee within the CarePoint Health system first starts
the job is an all day educational class. After your initial all day training, the individual goes yearly
to get re certified. The yearly re certification courses last for 4 hours.

The Canadarm has a rich modern heritage and has a great legacy for the Canada in space and
exploration. The Canadarm was critical to the success of the United States shuttle program. The
National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) created the shuttle program with the vision
of a reusable spacecraft for the next generation of human space flight. NASA faced a series of
problems including the issue of manipulating objects in space. The solution required precision for
manipulation of objects in orbit. NASA turned to the international community to create a solution.

NASA needed an advanced manipulator system, and took a chance with globally untested Canadian
companies. These companies are Spar Aerospace, Canadian Aviation Electronics, and DSMA
Atcon. Spar Aerospace held the contract for the Canadarm. Canadian Aviation Electronics (CAE)
expertise is in flight simulation for training. DSMA Atcon was a small Canadian robotics company,
DSMA Atcon at the time recently created a robotic manipulator that replaced sent nuclear fuel cells.
The National Research Council (NRC) of Canada over saw the development of the Canadarm.
NASA s shuttle program faced problems while developing the space shuttle. NASA turned to the
international community for solutions, and received a pitch from DSMA Atcon that NASA was
interested in. Replacing spent fuel rods required from a reactor core required the same precision of
the manipulator system that NASA envisioned. DSMA Atcon didn t have the resources of a project

with the untested Canadian companies and agreed to purchase four units, that would soon be

My Experience At The Age Of Five
At the age of five, I experienced my first dentistry. As they d work on my teeth I would ask
question like What is that? , What does it do? This experience did not only trigger my career
goal but made me who I am. After my first experience I loved looking at people smile and going to
the dentist every month. I was bullied at the age of six for this very reason. As I grew older I
developed three missions in life. One, to finish school and earn my high schooldegree, two to start
college, and three to earn my degree and start working as a dentist. Soon these missions became
goals. After I finished high school I set new missions: one to start college, two to earn my
Bachelor s degree and my doctoral degree and three to get a good score on my Dental Acceptance
test.
After I finished high school, I started to search for community college with dental classes. That
s when I heard of Tarrant County College (TCC) .I immediately ran to the school and applied as
soon as possible. After a month or so I got a letter allowing me to start college, as I read the
words hope raised up in my body. I asked my older sister Iftah, to help me get strategies for
college because I was new to the idea. During August, me and my sister Iftah created a strategy
list. For me to be a dentist I first need to complete a bachelor s degree. Getting a bachelor s
required hard work and commitment. Saying hard work did not mean just slacking off it meant I
had to have good grades and a perfect attendance.

Poet, Edwin Arlington Robinson, created an impressive poem which was written in 1897. Robison
wrote the poem Richard Cory as a narrative about a gentleman who is wealthy, well educated and
admired by many people in his town. Although Robinson begins the poem positive, describing the
admiration for the gentleman, he ends the poem with his death. This poem is one of Robinson s

possibly Robinson wants to be admired as well. Imagery was seen throughout the poem due to the

In the novel, Ondaatje names him Rowland Harris and he s a secondary character in the story.
However, that being said, Rowland Harris is portrayed as a visionary, a dreamer and an
achiever. The author does a great job of bringing this character in the story all while maintaining
