We are currently looking for suitable candidates to work with us in the following capacities:
1. Trainees/Interns: Fresh graduates/post-graduates, smart, confident, presentable, conversant with computers, good communication & presentation
skills, have the can-do attitude.
2. Associates/Consultants: Qualitative & quantitative research, experience of job evaluations, execute compensation & benefits studies/surveys,
knowledge of statistical data analysis.
3. Project Coordinators: Smart, confident, mature, go-getting and never-say-die female candidates who have the knowledge, experience and networks
to manage/front-end events.
4. Program Managers: Ability to plan, design and deliver our annual HR and training program (certification/non-certification programs) calendar as per
business/revenue plans.
5. Product Sales: Understanding of customer markets, HR and IT technology to sell our Total Rewards platforms/products to corporate & institutions as
per business plans and targets.
Except for Position (1) above, all the other candidates should have relevant experience of around 3-9 years in the respective areas detailed. We are looking
at incumbents from diverse backgrounds like social sciences, engineering, mathematics, statistics, systems, operations research, management etc. to work
from Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad.
