2.  Peace building is an intervention that is designed to prevent the start or resumption
of violent conflict by creating a sustainable peace.
 Women play various vital roles throughout the world.
 Women Known as the home manager.
 Educated woman educates the generation.
 Educated woman support their family.
 A successful woman opens the door for other women.
 Research studies reported that women avoid to take part in union/hostile activities.
 The prevalence of polygamous societies and extinction of polyandrous societies
shows that women promote tolerance and peace.
 Stephen P.Robbins writes in his book that ‘Women are more cooperative and
pleasant in negotiations than are men’, the book also refer the psychological studies
that found that women are more willing to conform to authority & that men are
more aggressive.

6.  In Pakistan women’s ratio is 48.63% measured in 2013.
 Women have the right to shape peace processes and rebuilding societies.
 Many women recognized the link between wartime violence and the
violence that continues post-conflict.
 Yet, two UN surveys of peace agreements over last decades demonstrate
that only 1 in 40 (2.5%) of signatories of peace agreements were women
between 1992-2008, and only 4% were women between 1992-2011.
 Evidence suggests a greater involvement of women in peacebuilding.

 They have right of seeking– Education, employment freedom of
speech and getting marriage.
 They should take part in legislation for the rights of women.
 Even though, they contribute in society but they are treated badly.
 They have not provide the rights of getting education and
employment in less developed counties.
 Lawmaker should make laws that can strongly protect them.
