Property Management :
• Inspections (Units inspection + Building Fabric inspection + Community inspection).
• Units Keys hand over to new tenant and make sure that all the necessary forms are filled and unit is
ready for handover
• responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the
consequences
• Instructing and following up with the facility management supplier to prepare the units to be ready for
hand over to new tenants on time.
