Wireless electricity was originally conceived by Nikola Tesla in the late 1800s using electromagnetic induction but it was not practical until 2007 when MIT scientists demonstrated transferring 60 watts of power wirelessly over 7 feet. This technology could allow devices to charge constantly through the air and eliminate clutter from power cords by placing devices on charging pads anywhere in homes or offices. However, issues around standardization, security, and costs would need to be addressed for wireless electricity to become widely adopted.

Not many people around the world have heard of Nikola Tesla? Perhaps young children have read about Thomas Alva Edison and Alexander Graham Bell but not about Tesla, a Serbian-American inventor. Many of the things you know about electricity would be impossible if not for Tesla’s dedication to action and commitment to science. Indeed, he was the man who brought the idea of electrical energy to many people’s consciousness.

Conclusion.
wireless power transmission, wireless energy transmission, or electromagnetic power transfer is the transmission of electrical energy without wires.
Wireless power techniques mainly fall into two categories, non-radiative and radiative.
In near field or non-radiative techniques, power is transferred by magnetic fields using inductive coupling between coils of wire, or by electric fields using capacitive coupling between metal electrodes.
In far-field or radiative techniques, also called power beaming, power is transferred by beams of electromagnetic radiation, like microwaves or laser beams.

Wireless Power Transmission Compare and Contrast with the Form of Resonance F...IJERA Editor
The topic of the thesis is about the wireless power transmission. The details of wireless power, its several elements, their application and working principles are described here. There are also details description of mutual inductance, resonance frequency and solar energy. As a result of an increase in consumer demand for electronic devices, many researchers have begun to develop technology that could power these electronic devices without the use of wires. Even today‟s most technologically advanced innovations are bound by a relatively short battery life. Through magnetism, resonance, or microwaves many different avenues exist for research and development in regard to wireless power. We will use our paper as an opportunity to investigate different technologies and review them based on their merits. Consumer devices need to accomplish a task not only cheaply but also safely. This paper will allow a better understanding of the exact science behind wireless power transmission. Also it will show how this science relates to products and their environment.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
June 3, 2024 Anti-Semitism Letter Sent to MIT President Kornbluth and MIT Cor...Levi Shapiro
Letter from the Congress of the United States regarding Anti-Semitism sent June 3rd to MIT President Sally Kornbluth, MIT Corp Chair, Mark Gorenberg
Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
• The Committee on Ways and Means has been investigating several universities since November 15, 2023, when the Committee held a hearing entitled From Ivory Towers to Dark Corners: Investigating the Nexus Between Antisemitism, Tax-Exempt Universities, and Terror Financing. The Committee followed the hearing with letters to those institutions on January 10, 202

2. The first mover and innovator
Nikola Tesla (1856 - 1943)
“Nikola Tesla, the eccentric - and unbelievably
under-rated - genius known as the ‘wild man of
electronics’, was without doubt one of the greatest
minds in the history of the human race.”
• Born in Austro-Hungary (now Croatia) in 1856, Tesla constructed his first induction
motor in 1883 and immigrated to America in 1884 - arriving in New York with worldly
goods totaling four cents, a pocket full of poems, carefully worked calculations for a
flying machine, and a head full of strange dreams.
• Tesla began working with Thomas Edison, but the two men were worlds apart in both
their science and cultures (the fact that Tesla's alternating-current concept posed a
direct threat to sales of Edison's direct-current devices probably didn't help) and they
soon went their separate ways.
• Tesla invented the alternating-current generator that provides your light and electricity,
the transformer through which it is sent, and even the high voltage coil of your picture
tube. The Tesla Coil, in fact, is used in radios, television sets, and a wide range of other
electronic equipment - invented in 1891, no-one's ever come up with anything better.
• Letting Tesla go wasn't the brightest thing Edison had up the patent rights to ever done, though - George Westinghouse promptly snapped
Tesla's alternating-current motors, dynamos, and transformers. The buy-out triggered a power struggle which eventually saw Edison's direct-current systems relegated to second place, and the DC motors
installed in German and Irish trains only a few years before, rendered obsolete.
3. The forgotten invention is reborn in
2007
The idea of wireless electricity has been
around since the early days of the Tesla
coil. But thanks to a group of MIT
scientists, "WiTricity" (as these scientists
call it) is now one step closer to practical
reality.
Demonstrating the ability to power a 60-
watt light bulb from a power source seven
feet away without wires might not seem
like the most impressive of feats, but the
technology behind it has massive
implications for how we live our tech-
filled, power-hungry lives. Imagine a day
when your laptop, MP3 or player are
constantly charged by power sent through
the air via an electromagnetic field.

Splashpower Ltd. is a United Kingdom-based
company founded in June 2001. It has been
attempting to develop technology for wireless
charging of portable devices such as mobile
phones, personal digital assistants, mp3 players
and cameras. Their system works through
electromagnetic induction, adding a free
positioning induction loop (at the “SplashPad") to
the conventional fix induction loop at the wall
plug (used to shift between AC and DC currents).
According to the company's claims, rechargeable
devices equipped with a small Splash Module are
placed upon a mouse pad-sized SplashPad and
have their batteries recharged at a normal rate.

• We believe wireless electricity incremental because it was
innovated at the end of the 1800’s and only last year it was
improved to a new technology.
• We can also say that it may become disruptive because if a
