• Led group of twenty students in an after school setting. My responsibility was to ensure they stayed safe, guiding them
through conflicts, while enjoying themselves until their parent or guardian could pick them up.
• Taught me to manage stress in a chaotic work environment with the requirement to make judgment decisions and then
integrate with supervisor. It was important to maintain a professional demeanor in order to retain order and respect.
• Taught me leadership and improved innovative thinking skills. Being innovative to come up with new ideas to ensure the
kids enjoyed themselves was essential.
