Project & Portfolio I: Week 3

Identity
Utilizing my mind and ability to adapt to a situation to help fulfill the needs of
individuals in need of help and providing insight in order to solve future problems
when encountered. While branching out I am an avid listener and someone that is
reliable, accountable, and capable of delivering resourcefulness of solving
problems and adaptability. I offer a large skillset in management, inventory control
to training new individuals of company policy and requirements.

Craig Dolan, born in Buffalo NY currently enrolled in Full Sail University with an
expected graduation date of July 06, 2021, tackling challenges in life from
working in the Auto Industry to becoming a full-time father. Seeking chances to
change this and be able to learn and grow to reach new dreams of one day
Working with a growing company and striving to utilize skills I learn in the future.
Each idea, goals, and inspiration was created from the desire to leave the Factory
Industry and taking on the role of Lead Assistant Manager for Speedway. Seeing
the limitations in place with only a high school diploma refusing to accept this
decision once more after a long year, getting in touch with school to move
forward and seek greater heights. Shortly after enrolling being offered vast
resources to obtain more skills, taking full advantage of this after six months
realizing the Management part of life was not a good fit for being a single father.
After three months of applying Amazon offered a position in the office excited at
the chance to finally turn things around without realizing the challenges awaiting.
Working and school were going to force changes and the need to apply himself
even more than before. Hitting bumps in the road along the way with making
changes to the increased amount of work both in the office and school started to
mold into a world of challenges. As a person who thrives on challenges, finding
motivation in this and pushing until there was a change, grabbing courses offered
from the school to learn more in the field, and courses offered at work.

male and, female %36.8 is male and %15.2 is female working
towards creating an equal diverse working field for all cultures
and races. 

Psychographics: With changes leading into newer outlooks,
each company has begun some major kind of changes from
the stereotypical hiring process. Microsoft has begun a
process to integrate more Race, Women, Genders identifiers
into the company to help steer away from the male role and
being prominent in this stereotype. Being said that was once
the norm it has been a challenge along the way with veteran
employees being stuck in the old mindset.

Amazon to add in the mix is the true goal.
Short Term: RIght after graduation I plan on using my degree to
further my position at Amazon.
• Connect, and attend conferences to build up contacts and influential
advice to advance my career. Attend classes and offered courses with
work to help grow my knowledge and ability with work.

Mid Term: (2022)
• After graduation apply within the company a year or so after for a shift
lead or supervisor role. Gain respect in that year by applying my skills
and ability to handle a shifts as the lead role.

Long Term: (2030)
• Work towards joining the board of directors or a major role within the
company. In this process of both working hard and investing in
Charter the long term is to continue to grow and learn as much as I
can and move up the chain as far as I am able to and create a career
that will last.

flaw in websites today from being to simple, complex, no
leading information this can be a major problem in creating a
long-lasting relation with people. I take parts away from the
personal interest that is effective and studies showing the
effective design and create a fascinating new experience.

  • 1. PERSONAL BRAND EXPLORATION Craig M. Dolan Project & Portfolio I: Week 3 September 18, 2020
  • 2. Identity Utilizing my mind and ability to adapt to a situation to help fulfill the needs of individuals in need of help and providing insight in order to solve future problems when encountered. While branching out I am an avid listener and someone that is reliable, accountable, and capable of delivering resourcefulness of solving problems and adaptability. I offer a large skillset in management, inventory control to training new individuals of company policy and requirements. Craig Dolan, born in Buffalo NY currently enrolled in Full Sail University with an expected graduation date of July 06, 2021, tackling challenges in life from working in the Auto Industry to becoming a full-time father. Seeking chances to change this and be able to learn and grow to reach new dreams of one day Working with a growing company and striving to utilize skills I learn in the future. Each idea, goals, and inspiration was created from the desire to leave the Factory Industry and taking on the role of Lead Assistant Manager for Speedway. Seeing the limitations in place with only a high school diploma refusing to accept this decision once more after a long year, getting in touch with school to move forward and seek greater heights. Shortly after enrolling being offered vast resources to obtain more skills, taking full advantage of this after six months realizing the Management part of life was not a good fit for being a single father. After three months of applying Amazon offered a position in the office excited at the chance to finally turn things around without realizing the challenges awaiting. Working and school were going to force changes and the need to apply himself even more than before. Hitting bumps in the road along the way with making changes to the increased amount of work both in the office and school started to mold into a world of challenges. As a person who thrives on challenges, finding motivation in this and pushing until there was a change, grabbing courses offered from the school to learn more in the field, and courses offered at work.

Psychographics: With changes leading into newer outlooks, each company has begun some major kind of changes from the stereotypical hiring process. Microsoft has begun a process to integrate more Race, Women, Genders identifiers into the company to help steer away from the male role and being prominent in this stereotype. Being said that was once the norm it has been a challenge along the way with veteran employees being stuck in the old mindset. Olsavsky Senior vice president (Amazon) Target Audience Recruiters & hiring Managers at Charter, Fifth Third, Chase, Microsoft, Amazon to add in the mix is the true goal.

Short Term: RIght after graduation I plan on using my degree to further my position at Amazon. • Connect, and attend conferences to build up contacts and influential advice to advance my career. Attend classes and offered courses with work to help grow my knowledge and ability with work. Mid Term: (2022) • After graduation apply within the company a year or so after for a shift lead or supervisor role. Gain respect in that year by applying my skills and ability to handle a shifts as the lead role. Long Term: (2030) • Work towards joining the board of directors or a major role within the company. In this process of both working hard and investing in Charter the long term is to continue to grow and learn as much as I can and move up the chain as far as I am able to and create a career that will last.
