Why did Apple struggle historically in PCs? Solution Apple wanted to controll all the PC market and wanted to cater to all the aspects of the PC the waned their own controll on components, Processor, OS and sooftware every where and mainly their system was not windows supported also it was a bit costly than windows, people wanted to have open system where they can choose operating system and components according to their wish also their product positioning was a bit sofisticated and hig end tha fail to win the heart of the commam mass specially to the people of third world countires as they had very little computer literacy and is was hard for hem to buy such high end products.Apple\'s main struggle was they developed for the future at a time where it wasn\'t needed. People didn\'t need GUIs or non-interchangeable parts they needed PCs that could process 100s of things at once through a command line and didn\'t cost hundreds of pounds to buy them. They needed cheap computers to then which they could buy cheap components to upgrade without having to spend more money on a new machine (which Is what Apple offers). It just had to work. I personally believe Apple struggled with creative ideas. I believe the key to Apple\'s success was Steve Jobs. The only way to prove that theory is not to look at the past of Apple but to see what it\'s future holds with Steve Jobs\' death. Ending on a quote by the former CEO of Apple.
