Our target audience for the horror film was teenagers aged 15-20 based on market research. We aimed to attract both male and female viewers by including female protagonists and addressing the typically male-dominated genre. Additionally, the film was targeted towards an urban, middle-class social group by featuring appropriately dressed young actors, setting the story in a rural house typical of middle-class families, and including a storyline about a teenage girl returning from university that this demographic could relate to.
