WEEKS?
 Losing weight in two weeks is possible.
 You can determine how much weight you
would like to lose in a week.
 Take control of your health to lose weight fast.
 You can maintain a healthy and lean body
following your weight loss just by feeding on
healthy foods.
 Remember your body requires important
nutrients from the food you eat. Your body
uses those nutrients for proper functioning.
 Unfortunately, most common foods provide
zero to little nutrients. In other words, your
food is a stranger to your body.

incredible.
 Overweight and obesity has been linked to
cause many health problems like:
 Diabetes
 Insulin resistance
Liver damage
 Heart disease

 I believe 80 percent of your weight loss efforts
should be geared towards the kind of foods
you eat.
 Modern foods are junk foods.
 There are different species of edible plants.
 But we consume very few of those species
every day.
The following foods will help you
lose weight really fast:
Eat plenty of high-quality
proteins
 Contrarily to the common myth, protein is the
king of weight loss.
 The biggest reason is that protein is not stored
as fat in your body
 Some proteins are 100% digested by your
body.
 Remember I always refer to protein from
organic sources and not processed products.
 One study on obese women found that protein
contributed to their weight loss.
 Protein makes you feel full and therefore
reduce your hunger making you not crave for
junk foods.
Best sources of protein that will
make you lose weight in 2 weeks
include:
 Beef from cattle reared in their natural habitat
and feeding on their natural diet of grass and
forage.
 Whole eggs including yolks from chickens
allowed to roam outdoors and fed their natural
diet.
 Wild-caught salmon fish.
Eat vegetables to lose weight
fast
 Vegetables contain vitamins, minerals and
other important nutrients that are essential for
your body.
 Vegetables provide good source of
carbohydrates.
 You were supposed to get carbohydrates
from vegetables and not grains.
 This is because vegetables are low in carbs
and do not raise blood sugar like grains do.
 Studies have shown that vegetables reduce
insulin resistance.
 Insulin resistance has been linked to obesity
and other chronic diseases.

weight and health problems, it is clearly found
that they include a lot of fat in their diet.
 Fat contain important nutrients that have been
shown to reduce weight and improve weight
maintenance.
 Ironically, the food pyramid tells us to
drastically reduce fat from our diet.
 Fat is the perfect fuel for your body.
 Remember, the “heart-healthy” vegetable oils
are not healthy fats.
 Vegetables oils distort your omega-6 to
omega-3 ratio.
 This imbalance causes inflammation.
 Studies have shown that inflammation is the
leading cause of obesity, overweight and other
chronic diseases.
 Some of the best fats you can eat to lose
weight in 2 weeks are:
 Avocados
 Coconut oil
 Olive oil
 Dairy products from animals raised in their natural
habitat and fed their natural diet

weeks is by cooking your own food.
 Plan your meal ahead and include the above
essential foods in your diet to lose weight fast.
