2. Fleet Management
Context
-The application was build in 2010 when I realize that it exist a lot of fleet and this fleet are
managed using excel file;
-The excel file that the fleet managers use to manage their fleet it is not a simple one and
cannot provide quick reports based on real data;
-If you want to control the cost of the fleet it is necessary to record data in some organize
ways and to have the possibilities to generate quick report witch helps fleet managers to
take decisions;
-Some ERP solutions have a section for fleet management, but the company do not buy this
section in most of the cases;
-Other fleet management solution that exist on the market are not very popular and it is
build using platform who need to pay for every user and for amount of data that solution
collect in the database, so if you have more users in application you must to pay more and
if you have more data in the database you (final user) must pay more.
-Those application need servers and IT specialist to maintain the application and database.
-The cost per car it is not cheap and this kind of solution it is buy for company who have
large fleet.
-Small fleet (<50 cars) do not buy a fleet management solution because they consider that
the investment is too high;

3. Fleet Management
New concept, new business
-Based on the fact that I describe earlier we create a solution witch is cheaper, affordable
and can be used for all kind of fleet (very small, small, medium and large).
-This solution offer a smallest price to the final users because for small fleet it is free for use
and for large fleet it offer small price witch can be recover in the first month;
-This solution use cloud computing and the final user do not need a IT specialist or own
server to host the application, more company share the same server so they will also share
the costs, in this case have the advantages that the final costs it is very cheap and
affordable (in some cases the cost it is 0 (zero)) for the final users.
-Final users need only a computer with internet access and they can access their account in
any location of the world;
-It is a new concept of business because it is focus to have a small cost for the final user,
WebPark is build using free database solution: MySQL and free programming language:
PHP, HTML (5) and JAVA.
-It is a new concept of business because WebPark can be use even if you have 1 car in the
fleet, even if you have 1000 car in the fleet and the final user who have less than 50 cars
use the solution because it is free for them.
-It is a new concept because the owner of the business is pay even if the fleet with less
than 50 cars do not pay when they use WebPark.

4. Fleet Management
Presenting the solution
-WebPark it is a secure solution and every user have his own account and log on the
system. Each user is unique identified by the system using his username.
-WebPark have 7 sections: View Data, Create Data, Add/Modify, Report, GPS, Product and
Route Planning. Each user can be set up to have access only to some section of the
application and have restricted access to other section. The access and the restriction can
be give to users by the system administrator.
-In the View Data Section user can see all the data from the database: status of cars and
drivers, all car in the fleet, repair, car selected on the cost center, on fleet division, on
department, see data for every car or display data of every driver;
-In the Create Data Section users can create data for: cars, driver, department, fleet
division, cost center, allocate every car to a cost center, department or fleet division, insert
driver data, insert expiration date for document (assurance, license, car document etc ),
insert road map, repair and fuel.
-In the Add/Modify Section each user can modify or delete data from database and he can
modify or delete data for: cars, driver, department, fleet division, cost center, allocate every

5. Fleet Management
Presenting the solution
-In the Report Section user can see cost report based on the data that already exist in the
database: route map report on a selected period of time (he can see here: car, route,
driver, number of kilometer per day and total number of kilometer); cost per fleet
division(user can see cost per every car who is allocate on fleet division: cost per km, cost
with fuel, cost with maintenance etc ); cost per cost center, cost per departament, cost per
every car or cost per all cars in the fleet.
-In the GPS Section user can monitor their car using GPS device, and can see for every car
route and position with speed for every position. To use this section user must install on
every car a GPS device who transmit data to WebPark, WebPark store this data in the
database and after that show position on the map.
-In the Product Section we show the partner product and user can buy product from our
partner.
-In the Route Planning Section user can plan a route insert 2 point s on the map and map
show the route , calculate kilometer and give driving instruction.
-This is the basic description of the WebPark solution. Data are insert into database using
form and is extract from database according with the user need. Solution can be adapt to
satisfy user need or different country needs. Plate number of the car and username is the
key data that application use .

6. Fleet Management
Business
-WebPark it is a business and generate revenue monthly, because the company that want
to use the solution must to pay a rate every month.
-For small companies (less than 50 car in the fleet) WebPark it is free for use. Also this free
solution generate revenue monthly.
-For the free solution all the company use the same platform witch it is not customize and
every user can manage maximum 50 cars. Also it is another restriction that is not important
for this step of the presentation.
-The franchise system transfer to the franchisor the right to use the solution and to sell into
specific region of the world (can be a country or a region).
-The revenue it is proportional with the fleet that agree to use the solution and with the
number of cars that is managed using WebPArk.
-All the IT, software development, customize issue it is in our focus, franchisor must focus
on sales and business development.

7. Fleet Management
Steps, cost and time to enter in frachise
-1. Interest in the business;
-2. General presentation of the solution and business (this step);
-3. Sign of non disclosure agreement if the franchisor agree to continue;
-4. Details presentation of the business, presentation of live solution and way to develop
the business in region, revenue system and costs of the franchise;
-5 Pay the tax to enter in the franchise;
-6. transfer the license right and training for the franchisor;
-7. start to develop business in the region .
-8. support for technical and business part for the franchisor.
Time of all steps: between 2 and 3 months;
