The proposed solution is a Vehicle Access Database that requires employees to log a request to use a company vehicle, providing details of use. This creates a record of the vehicle usage, driver, dates, and locations to determine responsibility for any fines received. The system would be accessible via web and mobile apps connected to a centralized database.

The company vehicles often incur fines or other traffic infringements.

and people will not take ownership of

utilizes a vehicle pool which makes any
solution created applicable to many
companies.

request in the Vehicle Access Database.

Access Database. A series of workflows
are kicked off, which send notifications
to approving parties. These approvers
verify that all time and place details
about the intended usage are present in
the request before approving

client visited etc.
• When a company receives traffic fines or
any other violations while the vehicle
was in operation. They can easily search
the system database and trace these
violations to the staff member using the
vehicle at the time and remediate as
needed.
