7. Software Features:
Track Tab
• Map - view all their vehicles on a
graphical map
• View the list of vehicles with
assigned Group

• Group – view the current
location of all vehicles
• Go to the different navigations
for the different functions of the
system.
Main Map
•This is a graphical map that allows
the user to view the current location
of vehicles.
•The map will automatically refresh
every minute to update the
vehicle’s current position.

Single View :
• Location Details
It includes the vehicle name, assigned
Sub-client, Date/Time, Lat & Long
Coordinates, Address, Power
Status, Engine Status, and Door
Status for each vehicle.
• Set Over Speed Limit
The device will send an over-speed
report when it exceeds the speed
limit you have set.
9. • Send Driver Message
- Users can send an SMS to their
drivers and Drivers can reply to the
SMS sent by the user.
• Profiles Tab
- This page contains every created
profile of the vehicle, the drivers and
the helpers

Modules in the Logistics tab which aim
to help customer to maintain vehicle

11. • Send Commands
Users can send different commands to
manipulate the tracker device
installed in the vehicle.
List of commands you can use:
• Track – this will set the device to
tracker mode. Track is the default
mode of the GPS device.
• Listen In – this will enable the listen
mode of the GPS device. This will
allow enable the users to hear the
conversation inside the vehicle
using their cellular phones.
• Cancel SOS – this will stop the help
alarm reporting.
• Cancel Over-speed – this will stop
the over speed alarm reporting.
• Stop Engine – this will immobilize
your vehicle.
• Resume Engine – this will restore
the power of the engine.
12. • Routes
Users can get directions from a starting
address to an end address between
two locations.

This is similar to route repeat, however
this will give you data to previous
months. To make the system faster,
we limit the data available online
and we archive it.

This is the page the admin user can
manage user permissions and
create new users.

14. • Driver Log
Users can view all the logged trip ticket of a driver. This help the user for efficient
driver- management and increase the productivity of the driver.
15. • Trip Ticket Tab
If the company has an internal dispatching system, they can use the trip ticket
modules. Every trip can be logged in such as the designated driver, Odometer
Reading, the Origin and Destination Places which are also set in the Hotspots
module.
