Walk Your Talk Inspiring and motivating people around us is difficult task; it involves more than just thinking about and believing in good management principals By Engr. Rashid Aziz
Walk Your Talk .  The fact is that corporate culture can only be improved through the exemplary behaviour of the line mangers displaying true adherence to good management practice. Examples of desired behaviour have to be constantly portrayed in an effort to establish belief in employees about the possibility of these actions i.e. setting examples of putting words into action with sincerity. This will foster an environment of mutual trust, transparency and confidence in the organization and employees will follow their instructions in their entirety. 1 Walk Your Talk Observe company discipline in terms of time management by being punctual to work and on time for official meetings. By Engr. Rashid Aziz
2 Walk Your Talk Cascade the corporate culture and values to all staff while explaining their importance. By Engr. Rashid Aziz
3 Walk Your Talk   Be humble and cooperative to all, even your subordinate and the support staff of the company. By Engr. Rashid Aziz
4 Walk Your Talk   Own your job responsibilities and perform better than desired. By Engr. Rashid Aziz
5 Walk Your Talk All ways maintain humanistic attitude towards every body and constantly coach the staff to help them overcome their performance problems. By Engr. Rashid Aziz
6 Walk Your Talk   Be resource conscious and show concern for company property. By Engr. Rashid Aziz
Walk Your Talk Unless line mangers show that they practice what they preach, staff will keep on ignoring their message and will consider them nothing more than just lip service. By Engr. Rashid Aziz

  • 2. Walk Your Talk Inspiring and motivating people around us is difficult task; it involves more than just thinking about and believing in good management principals By Engr. Rashid Aziz
  • 3. Walk Your Talk . The fact is that corporate culture can only be improved through the exemplary behaviour of the line mangers displaying true adherence to good management practice. Examples of desired behaviour have to be constantly portrayed in an effort to establish belief in employees about the possibility of these actions i.e. setting examples of putting words into action with sincerity. This will foster an environment of mutual trust, transparency and confidence in the organization and employees will follow their instructions in their entirety.   • 4. 1 Walk Your Talk Observe company discipline in terms of time management by being punctual to work and on time for official meetings. By Engr. Rashid Aziz
  • 5. 2 Walk Your Talk Cascade the corporate culture and values to all staff while explaining their importance. By Engr. Rashid Aziz
  • 6. 3 Walk Your Talk Be humble and cooperative to all, even your subordinate and the support staff of the company. By Engr. Rashid Aziz
  • 7. 4 Walk Your Talk Own your job responsibilities and perform better than desired. By Engr. Rashid Aziz
  • 8. 5 Walk Your Talk All ways maintain humanistic attitude towards every body and constantly coach the staff to help them overcome their performance problems. By Engr. Rashid Aziz
  • 9. 6 Walk Your Talk Be resource conscious and show concern for company property. By Engr. Rashid Aziz
  • 10. Walk Your Talk Unless line mangers show that they practice what they preach, staff will keep on ignoring their message and will consider them nothing more than just lip service. By Engr. Rashid Aziz
