I have known Lyndsey in her capacity of working for e-know.net and the wider Nasstar group
as Group HR Manager.
In that time I can honestly say that Lyndsey is a positive delight to work with. In all
interactions with HR (of which there have been many) the reception from Lyndsey is always
the same and consists of four key ingredients being tremendously easy to work with,
professional, highly knowledgeable and acting with the utmost integrity. In managing a
somewhat volatile team in a heavily process driven environment I have approached Lyndsey
for HR direction on numerous occasions always finding the advice received to be of high
quality, relevant and exacting.
In referring to strengths and weaknesses I would say Lyndsey truly stands out as ‘excellent
in class’ because she fully understand the value of actively listening and uses this skill to
very quickly build rapport and credibility which in turn improves the quality of interactions. In
addition Lyndsey is always well prepared, planning well in advance to have
HR steer and guidance ‘on hand’. I would trust Lyndsey with my life as she is honest, loyal
and completely dependable.
I have worked closely with Lyndsey for the duration of her tenure as Group HR Manager (as
a Service Management consultant) and we have worked collaboratively as part of the senior
management team on projects of variable durations. Professionally speaking Lyndsey’s
