To maintain the distribution center ordering systems in line with the needs of the business, generating orders for my category so
that the distribution center can be replenished with appropriate stock levels at the right time.
• Reporting on Service levels for Suppliers.
• Responsible for replenishment of stock from Suppliers to DC’s and finally to Stores.
• Maintaining the ordering systems in order to produce accurate and timely orders for my category products.
• Resolving queries on suppliers, distribution centers and store gaps.
• Reporting and logging ongoing supplier performance for my categories.
• Order stock for distribution centers accurately, so that customers in store can consistently ‘get what they want’ across
my categories.
• Store receives the correct products at the correct time with minimum supplier failure.
• Apart from the standard order, make order for promotions and new line.
ACHIVEMENTS:
• Maintain maximum availability during Christmas and New Year 2011-12 and got appreciation from
stakeholders.
