発表要旨： 協働AIの普及に向けては、ユーザースキルの向上が課題である。AIとの付き合い方を理解するために、R&D、知財、IT部門での試用を推進することが重要だ。また、汎用MLMと専用MLMを組み合わせたハイブリッドシステムの動向にも注目が必要である。 普及の鍵を握るのは、カスタマイゼーションとEnterprise SaaSの利用である。各企業や組織のニーズに合わせてAIをカスタマイズし、SaaSを活用することで導入コストを抑えつつ、効果的な活用が可能となる。一方で、普及の障壁としてシステムセキュリティの問題が挙げられる。クラウドサービス、ネットワーク、セキュリティを統一的に扱うシステム開発・運用の重要性が顕在化している。 AI利用・開発倫理規定の作成・運用と、それを担う組織の整備も欠かせない。AIがもたらす倫理的課題に適切に対処するためには、ガイドラインの策定と専門組織の設置が求められる。 また、協働AIの活用においては、人間の美的感覚の涵養が重要となる。AIの出力を鵜呑みにするのではなく、人間が最終的な採否判断を下す必要がある。そのためには、Composition of Expertsの考え方に基づき、複数のAIの出力を組み合わせ、人間の知見を融合させることが大事である。 インパクトポイントとしては、知的生産性向上効果の高いR&Dや、金融、法律、教育などの知識集約型産業から活用が進むと考えられる。また、医療や創薬の分野でもAIの活用が期待されている。 キーワード：協働AI、ユーザースキル、ハイブリッドシステム、カスタマイゼーション、Enterprise SaaS、システムセキュリティ、AI倫理、美的感覚
