Local Technology Coordinator
Duties included troubleshooting PC and equipment issues f or global serv ice desk employ ees. Responsible f or delegating PC repairs to a team so we
could diagnose and repair technical issues. I would be the point of contact f or local technical issues with serv ice desk employ ees in troubleshooting

Duties included PC troubleshooting and repair, v irus remov al, data backup, shipping / receiv ing products f rom Geek Squad City , sales, and
training. Being a Sr. Tech had added responsibility to track sales and assign task to the other members of Geek Squad. Additional projects included in
home customer training on v ideo editing sof tware technology .
