This document describes a proposed vehicle booking and management system called BookMyVehicle. The system aims to automate vehicle, maintenance, and employee information to improve services. It contains modules for administration, guests, vehicles, and vehicle details. The administration module allows managing vehicle data and booking requests. Guests can search vehicles and make bookings. The vehicles module displays vehicle listings. And the vehicle details module provides maintenance and repair histories that are only accessible to administrators.

3. Objective
 The ‘BookMyVehicle’ keeps track the information
about the Vehicles, Maintenance, Repair, Parts,
Employees, Location and Vendors. It also keeps track
the maintenance performed for different vehicles
which are used for transportation
 The main objectives of this system are to provide
best services to their customer, increasing working
capacity, accuracy in calculation, better maintenance
of the organization resources, up-to-date information
accessibility and many more

4. Existing System
 Managing huge Vehicle information manually is a tedious
and error prone task.
 In order to schedule vehicles as well as staff, the scheduler
should know how many vehicles are there on board and
available for allocation.
 Keeping track of repair information is a must as some times
vehicles might be referred for insurance.
 All these thing can not be achieved in existing system.

5. Proposed System
 In order to avoid the limitations in the existing system,
the current system is being developed.
 All vehicle details will be automated along with the staff
information.
 Scheduling of trips and repair information is being fully
automated to overcome chaos in the system.

8. Vehicle Module
 Admin can change the details of the vehicles.
 Also when a request is made by the guest regarding the
booking of the vehicle, admin gets to approve or reject the
status of the booking.
 Details of repair are also available.
 Details of drivers also available.

9. Guest
 Can book vehicles.
 Any type of vehicle can be booked.
 All the details of the vehicles is provided to the
Guest.

10. Vehicles
 In the vehicles module, we get to know about different
vehicles which have different mileage different
seating arrangements.
 Also in vehicle module, it shows the details of all the
information regarding vehicles to both the guest and
admin whereas giving extra privilege to the admin as
the admin can add and delete the details of booking.

11. Vehicles Details
 Last is vehicles details in this module the details regarding
the vehicle is presented.
 The details are regarding:-
* The fuel change of the car.
* The driver details which are provided by the website.
* The repair details of the car used by the guests.
* Vehicles details module can only be accessed by the
admin module.
