The SurfTrak fleet management system allows users to locate, monitor, control, evaluate and manage vehicle and driver behavior through GPS tracking devices installed in vehicles and management software. The system provides reports on trips, fuel usage, idling time, and driver performance, as well as alarms for issues like seatbelt usage, speeding, and geo-fence violations. It has different platforms to meet different needs, and allows clients to regulate vehicle use and drivers through reports, alarms, and geo-fencing capabilities. The management software can be accessed through an internet-based or web-based interface to view vehicle information from any computer with an internet connection.

Management Software
• INTERNET BASED SOFTWARE : An Internet based software is
Installed on the fleet manager/ users computer. The Internet
based software can be installed on android based IPAD this
largely solves the problem of access to the system when there is
internet down time.
• WEB BASED INTERFACE : Monitoring of vehicles can also be
achieved via a web based interface. The user can have access to
vehicle information without a software installation on a
computer or IPAD. All the user needs is internet access on any
computer.
• Information on driver behaviour and vehicle use can be
transmitted to the user in three (3) ways. Text messages to the
phone & alarms on the computer/IPAD.
