The project is a software application designed to manage records of sold cars, spare parts, and their quantities in car showrooms. It allows administrators and employees to manage user accounts, generate job cards, and create bills for sales and services. The system aims to reduce manual work and improve the efficiency of handling service and spare parts records.

2.  This project also maintains the record of sold cars,spareparts
and available quantity of cars and spare parts.
 Administrator and employee both have facility to change his
password. Administrator can add, delete and update
employee‘s profiles. Administrator and Employees both can
generate jobcard for car (on service). And both can generate
bills for new selling cars and for serviced car.
 This project will ask username and password to login for both
Administrator and Employee.

3.  It takes more time for manual work.
 It was time consuming . To retrieve a record of cars, service ,
spare parts takes a lot of time in usual system.
 Difficult to handle service records and spare parts records.
 Difficult to maintain.

keeps record of each and everything inside showroom. In
future some features can be embedded to enhance its
features.
