 Device Messages:
Device(Driver) would like to communicate with the
Control Room(CR). He sends the preavailable Messages or
types the Message and sends to CR.

 Standard Messages:
Control Room Operators sends the message and expecting
the reply from the Device(driver). Once from CR Message
received the driver should reply back.
