アイデアを作り出したり、最終的な決定を下すのは技術でも想像力でもなく、人間である。
PMは人々が進んでいる道から大きく離れられないように見守りながら、メンバーが意思決
定に至る過程をサポートするため、ファシリテーターとしての仕事をこなさないといけない。
プロジェクトの成功はどのようにチームをファシリテートして、意思決定をさせ、問題を解
決し、リスクや変化へ対応して行ったかによる。

8. Make It a Productive Meeting
ノートパソコンやスマートフォンを持ち込んで使う人がいるが、そうするとミーティングで
行われる大事な議論に集中できない。勇気を出して、デバイスをしまうように頼んでみる。
チームがタスクに取り組んでいて、ミーティングの目的が確実に達成できるようにすること
はPMの仕事である。アクティビティを行ったり、会話をファシリテートしたり、あるいは
記録に専念したり、ミーティングへ色々な形で関わることができる。誰の時間も無駄になら
ないようにしよう。
