Secondly, privatization also affects the welfare of the society as a whole. This can be explained
by examining again the orientation of the firm after being privatized. Theoretically, economic
efficiency can be divided into two categories, namely productive efficiency and allocative
efficiency. Productive efficiency is achieved if firms produce goods and services demanded by
consumer, while allocative efficiency is achieved if the goods produced were marketed to the
right people. Right people here means people who demands for the goods and capable to pay for
it. Results from privatization is, the market now will replace the real needs of people with those
demanded item, given that it will yield high profit for the firm. For example, basic needs like tap

Abstract Adsorption is one of the preferred techniques in recent years to remove the color and
inorganics from waste water. Activated carbonderived from the agricultural byproduct, acts as an
effective adsorbent for the removal of dyes from waste water. The removal of dyes and metal ions at
different, contact time, bed height, flow rate, initial dye concentration, column diameter, adsorbent
dosage, pH, and temperature by different agriculture based adsorbent has been studied. The result
shows that among the compared adsorbents, moringa oleifera derived adsorbent is effective for
waste treatment. The adsorption data were well fitted by Freundlich isotherm model. Kinetic data
were best described by pseudo second order model.

The pharmaceutical industry has been taking advantage of healthcare by implementing laws
modeled to benefit the industry greatly, while consumers have struggled. The drug industry uses
their own sources and self sponsored research to further their influence in healthcare. Although the
pharmaceutical industry provides healthcare with good medical resources, it is highly costly for
consumers due to the manipulation of laws and healthcare. The industry is biased and sponsors its

The amount that companies are spending is also a big factor that contributes to the issue, most
start out companies are seen getting ideas and research from universities and other companies, but
these companies typically do not utilize them the way they should. Again this is because laws put
in place by the industry prevent them from doing so. Price controls that reduce prices too low
reduce output and capacity, lower the quality of the services that are provided, and diminish the
