Duties And Responsibilites:
 Responsible for doing Analysis for customer complaints field failures related to vender by using
problem solving tools, preparing their counter measure and monitor their effectiveness.
 Conduct the PPAP audit and APQP documents update at the Supplier end.
 Conduct Internal Audits of QMS (ISO […] Certified internal auditor), and Supplier Audits.
 Coordinate with New part and supplier development activities and visits to vendor premises to
short over quality problems.
 Monitor supplier’s part performance and closing of related concern through 8D Approach.
 Monitor Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) of the complaints to eliminate the Root Cause
of problems at supplier end.
 Responsible for Incoming inspection verification and layout inspection of child parts as per
