manufacture & supply of carbon steel,Alloy steel,SS,Dublex and Super duplex steel casting in
machined and unmachined conditions. customers are globally reputed valve and pump
manufacturers like MIL, KSB Pumps, BHEL and over sea’s Pump manufacturers like Maag

2. RESPONSIBILITIES :
 Inspection stages – Supplier End Inspection / Incoming Inspection / Final Inspection / Third Party
Inspection.
 Facilitate the incorporation of the customer and company quality requirements into
processes and designs.
 Responsible for communicating with Customer’s Related to Quality Documents,
Drawing Clarification, NCR- CAPA Reports and weekly dispatch plan.
 Create and maintain project quality Inspection plans ( Plan Vs Actual).
 Develop the quality plan as per customer requirement for the individual orders and
Responsible for Internal and External Product Quality.
 Responsible for Registering Internal and External Rework & Rejection. Analyzing the
complaints, Making Corrective Action to avoid re occurrence.
 Responsible for training the engineers in Quality department and Work allotment for
subordinates.(In process and Final Inspection)
 On site source inspection and ensure that implemented quality inspections are reliable
and compliant. Create SCAR(Supplier Corrective Action Report) and raise the rework
cost debit note.
 Instruments calibration monitoring and History maintenance.
 Review gauge calibration processes, traceability, and frequency. Analyze Out-of-
tolerance Gage Reports.
 Review of component inspection status and release for shipment.
 Maintained all necessary quality documents and records.
 Participate in FMEA, ensure cross learning and addressal of past product problems and
existing line problems.
 Provide and Review NDE inspection (DPT)planning and scheduling (before, during and
after a project)
 Knowledge in 5S,Poka-yoke,Kaizen and create SOP.
 Prepare Route card and Process flow chart for all types of Drawings.
 Conducting internal audit.
