 Preparing FMEA based on the lessons learnt of current & previous projects.
 Conducting internal PPAP run and discuss & resolve the issues with all departments
 Initiating corrective actions for quality issues raised during P1& P2 stage samples
 Handover the product to production and monitor the performance for 3 months
Supplier quality Assurance (Casting, Forging & Heat Treatment) :
 Support product development improvements through early supplier involvement into product creation process,
drive collaboration with Development and Suppliers to ensure manufacturability and testability of Products.
 Plan and execute supplier audits, assessments and supplier performance monitoring;
 Develop and deploy processes and tools to ensure, monitor and manage supplier quality such as supplier
performance measurement, supplier assessment and supplier audits.
 Drive supplier performance improvement programs
 Report on monthly basis to GM, on the performance of the Supplier Process quality, any non-compliance
issues and recommended actions.
 Raising Supplier SCAR
 Supplier Performance Rating & supplier PPM monitoring, Closure of CAPA for quality issues.
 Implementing MSES (Mahindra Supplier Evaluation Standards) at supplier end.
