A differentiator against the competition. When employers are interviewing, the competition is often stiff. If you
have the certification, and the other person does not, you are at a definite advantage.
In whatever way people prepare to become certified Project Managers, the benefits are immeasurable to both the
employee and the employer. Employees are rewarded with increased salaries, job promotions, and in general,
better job prospects. Employers who use PMP®s are assured that they have hired Project Managers who have a
core competency in Project Management and the requisite experience to perform as a project manager. Studies
have shown that projects managed by people who are not certified Project Managers have only a 25% chance of
success, whereas projects run by those who are knowledgeable in Modern Project Management tools and
techniques - as are people with the PMP® certification - have a 75% success rate.

Professionals who have a background of HVAC system maintenance and installations with prior knowledge of HVAC operation will benefit from this training module. This training will include selection of HVAC system for a building, load calculation using software, preparing inputs for ducting and piping layouts. Different software tools will also be introduced that will come in handy during design and sizing of equipments. Also compliance to Regional codes of the respective Regulatory Bodies (like MEW and KFD for Kuwait) will be discussed. International codes like ASHRAE will be used during training to comply with minimum fresh air requirements. A sample building will be introduced to gain hands-on experience. The building will include a basement car park, office space, retails, kitchen, Atrium, stair wells, lift-wells etc. After completing this module, participants will be able to design HVAC system for a medium to large scale building Participants are expected to have good understanding of psychrometric, if not, it is recommended to take our HVAC Basics training before proceeding to the advance module. Participants to bring their own laptop with AutoCAD and will be provided with guidance to install the load calculation software and tools required for the training. At the end of the course a participation certificate will be issued upon successful completion of design for the sample building. Career Opportunities: •Design Consultancy opportunities in Companies •Engineering HVAC Contracting Company •Sales & Marketing of HVAC Product •Project Erection and Site Supervision Consultancy •Project Development & estimation in Contracting Companies Green International @2010 All Rights Reserved | Email: kamal@greenintl.net | www.greenintl.netGreen International @2010 All Rights Reserved | Email: kamal@greenintl.net | www.greenintl.net
