Global Regulatory Affairs Having filled roles such as head of clinical operations, medical science director, clinical research physician and many more, including nearly 2000 CRAs since 2009, our clinical operations team has a deep understanding of this sector and our database holds over 22,000 clinical research and development professionals. Clinical Operations Our database of quality assurance and technical operations professionals is made up of 11,000 people in 70 countries. - 9. Positions filled to date. We’renow helping them expand their AI team. The team was struggling to fill a number of new Senior Management level Artificial Intelligence roles. These were very niche roles and required very defined expertise. Their current recruitment agencies had either declined the work due to lack of capability or had failed to deliver, as had their internal recruitment teams. We questioned and stress-tested what they wanted from these roles. We used our own knowledge of the industry to advise what would be best, and together we developed the job description to better reflect what they required. We tapped into our ready-built networks in this area and Searched across Europe. We presented five CVs, all of whom they decided to take to interview.
