Learning Framework Induction Training Mentoring General induction; ACE Program specific induction; and modules that you have to complete through self learning mode Cross Cultural Training for the team that ACE associates join This module is designed to help the team understand the challenges and give the supervisors and team members a few hints on how to deal with the challenges. Mentoring Circles and Individual Mentoring ACE associates meet for monthly / quarterly group mentoring meetings. At the same time all of them are advised to choose individually mentors who can advise and support them in their personal development and career development planning and fulfilment of the plans.

There are 2 annual conferences organised for the participants of the program where they meet members of the senior management and network between each other and other professional organisations.
