Task 8

Strengths
In the brief we were told to make a short film of 5-7 minutes aimed
at teenagers for awareness in teenagers regarding strangers.Our
production is as much as we thought of it and wanted it to be but
because we didn't had much time for our our production stage as
we shot our whole piece of production outdoor there are some
bits from the script that I had to after discussing with my group
members take out of the production.But everything that we altered
or added was done according to the conventions of horror kept in
mind.One of our requirements was to have another person as an
actor according to our script, which was fulfilled when Mr stefan
scurtu came to act free of any charges just to help us out.We
needed a camera of course to shoot our media piece and we
didn't want to take the camera from school because then it would
have been our responsibility regarding
strengths
Anything that happens to the camera during our outdoor shoot.
So we decided to use a mobile phone camera and amongst us
all ,Mr stefan scurtu had the best phone camera so we shot all of
our scenes with his camera,then we transferred all of the shots
into a USB from the phone and it worked out really well.In terms
of location we needed a quiet street, a quiet neighbourhood and
a empty house se we could show the mysterious atmosphere
around and in the killers house.We went to maties house and its
surroundings to shoot these scenes,because his neighbourhood
is quite which is what we needed.
strengths
The changes that we did in our script were done by keeping in
mind all the shots ,that we still will keep and conclude the
shots that we decided before.We have concluded shots like
close ups,wide angle shots,point of view shots,over the
shoulder shots,mid shots and three shots.In relevance to
camera movement we decided to use tilt,panning and and
zoom in and we did use these three movements in reality as
well.
