Digital texts are any texts that are written or read using electronic devices such as phones, e-books, tablets, and computers. They include messages, e-books, and e-newsletters. In contrast, analog media refers to older technologies like radios and telephones that do not use digital encoding. Digital media uses machine-readable formats and can be created, distributed, and enjoyed across various digital devices, providing advantages like consolidated access to content, games, movies, and more from a single device. However, digital devices often require an internet connection to access most content, and slow connections can impact activities like online gaming.

2. What are digital texts?
They are text written or read on electronical devices like phones, e-books,
Ipads, Pc’ s etc.
For example they can be messages on phones, texts on e-books, e-newsletter
on Pc’s.

3. What is analogue?
- a person or thing seen as comparable to another.
examples:Old radios, megaphones and the volume control on old
telephone handsets.

4. What is digital?
Digital media are any media that are encoded in machine-readable formats.
Digital media can be created, viewed, distributed, modified and preserved on
digital electronics devices.

5. Examples of digital texts
e-book e- newspapers e-leaflets

6. Digital devices
Computer, smartphone, pc, laptop, console, tv, e-book, tablet etc.

7. Advantages of digital devices
Digital devices can access any content on one device. For example you can
play games, watch movies, read e-newsletter on digital device. If it is smart tv
you can watch youtube on it, other than just watching tv programmes.

8. Disadvantages of digital devices
To access most content on digital device you need a connection to the internet.
If you are somewhere, where there is no intentet connection you can’t send
messages in whats app or check your social media.
Also if your internet connection is slow you can’t play games online because
everything will be freezing and it will be hard to play fifa for example.
