The layoutfor this double-spreadisbeen done ina interview layout,where the text has benpositionedto looklike theyhave writtentheirresponse underthe questionthat has beenwritten.Thisis differentforthe readers to findoutinformation abouttheirbandsand whattheyare like.Also the imageshave been placedabove the informationand it showsall the different stagedthat ‘The Who’ has played.Thisis showingthe readers howpopulartheyare, but alsoitworks with the textbecause this couldlinkwiththe facts that wouldhave been featuredinthe text belowthe images.There isalso a pug inthe left- handpage of the page saying‘We Were There’ and thisshowsthe readersthat the workersforthe magazine are very passionate aboutthe magazine andtheywent to the concert to getthe mostinformationfor the readersof the magazine. The colour scheme forthismagazine hasbeenthe same colourtheme thathasfeaturedthroughoutthe whole magazine the red,black andwhite andthisgivesthe magazine averygood structure because itshowsthe flowof the magazine.They have keptthe red to be for the maintitle of the magazine,thisshowsthattheyare powerful andtheymightbe dangerous. Theyhave alsousedthe red forthe title of the questionsthat‘The Who’wouldof answeredandthishelpsshowthe audience whattype of questionswerebeingaskedandthenthe responsesthattheygotfrom‘The Who’. This allowsthe readersto readthe article clearerandallowsthemtohave an easy read. The font that they have usedforthe double page spreadis similartothe fontthat has beenusedonthe frontpage andthe contentspage.This showsthe flowof the magazine butalsoby usingthe sans serif fontit showsthatthe magazine isverywell structuredand professional,thatthe informationthatthey are givingthe readers iscorrect. The font that isusedfor the articlesisthe similar to the fontthat is usedforthe contents page a simple sans font,whichhighlights that the information aboutthe bandis very simple butvery effective.Because it’s showingthe readers that theyare a very simple bandandthey don’thide secrets fromtheirfans. The main image thathas beenusedforthismagazine isanimage of the mainsingerof ‘The Who’ andit showshiminfrontof the crowdsand thisis showingtothe readersthe popularityof the bandhowwell theyare seenandknowntothe people aroundthem.Alsotheyhave usedotherimages that have beenfeaturedinthe magazine andthese showtothe audienceswhattheywere likein‘1974’ and whattheyare like now.Showingthatthe fansfor the band are still reallyloyal andtheywanttogo see and heartheirmusic.Byusingimagesthatshowthe fansloyaltyithelpshighlightthat theyare a verywell knownbandandthat if youdidn’tknowwhotheywere then,whenyouare readingthe article youwill understandmore about themand see whythe fanslove thembecause the imagesshowthattheyare a verywell knownbandandgoodat theirjob.
