Dear Friends,
The other day my friend Prof. Dr. Jiten
Bhatt was at our Center to experience our
Himalayan SaltCrystal Cave. Prof. Dr.
Jiten Bhatt is the Founder of the Pynergy &
PyraVastu Science. Today he is a world-
renowned faculty and founder-director of
many Indian and International Holistic Healing
Associations. He also a founder-director of Percare
Industries, Vadodara, Gujarat. He has conducted many
programs in Mysore under Vijay Foundation's banner. To
sum it up, he has a multifaceted and magnetic
personality. I would like to share some of the thoughts
and core philosophies of this hugely successful
personality.
Prof. Dr. Jiten Bhatt always says

in every situation. Changing

thinking and feeling patterns to
avail the super abundance
around you.

Golden Rules for Motivation:
1. Start your day with a positive affirmation
2. Motivation gets you started but hope keeps you
going.
3. Be willing to leave your comfort zone.
4. Evolve a simple technique to uplift your mood.
5. Train yourself to finish what you started.
6. Compare yourself with self, not others.
7. Have goals, but remain flexible in action.
8. Take responsibility for your own results.
9. Always have long-term motive in your mind.

Mexico, USA, Dr. Sunil Pai
gave me a copy of his recent
book “An Inflammation Nation”
wherein he draws on the best
s c i e n t i f i c e v i d e n c e t o
demonstrate the causative role
of chronic inflammation in
many of the diseases that kill
and disable prematurely and
absorb most of our healthcare
spending. He gives a 10-step
guide to preventing and
treating all diseases - the diet, lifestyle and the use of
natural anti-inflammatories.
Based on this book, we have brought out an article on
Inflammation - the common link to ailments.

Back in 2004, TIME
put the topic on its
cover. What does a
stubbed toe or a
splinter in a finger or
pain in the knee have
to do with arthritis &
allergies, depression
& diabetes? The
c o m m o n l i n k i s
inflammation. The
symptoms are pain,
heat, redness, swelling, and loss of function. The
tissues are inflamed for excessive periods of time,
leading to dis-ease and dis-comfort.
A long way back in 700 BC, Charaka said that with an
imbalance of Pitta, the body exhibits burning, heat,
perspiration, moisture, sloughing, discharge and
redness; Vata is vitiated when there is pain, and Kapha
causes congestion - all of them inflammatory responses
as we know them today. The ancient Romans likened
inflammation to “being on fire”. 'itis' is Greek for
inflammation.
We should know how to recognize this fire and put it out.
Inflammation is part of the body's immune response, a
pathologic process in which the body's white blood cells
and chemicals protect us from infection and foreign
substances such as bacteria and virus. It is a lifesaver.
Without it, we can't heal. But when it's out of control, it
can damage the body.
Good / Acute Inflammation protects human body
from invaders, reintegrates the physical barrier, repairs
damage. It may lead to Bad Inflammation with
enlarged blood vessels, increased blood flow, leading to
elevated cellular metabolism and tissue destruction.
Ugly / Chronic Inflammation is the same defense
mechanism which becomes uncontrolled, where white
blood cells migrate towards the site and activate the
immune system in a dys-regulated manner resulting in
tissue destruction and organ dysfunction. It could
further lead to over-reaction, self-destruction or
autoimmune response, and to cancer.
What triggers are causing these symptoms?
 Too many pro-inflammatory foods in the diet
 Stressful and unhealthy lifestyles with minimal
movement or exercise.
Once inflammation is triggered in the body, it goes to
four weak areas:
 Area of trauma
 Area of pathology
 Area of overuse
 Area where the immune system is not strong
enough
If a person's immunity is good, he will have stronger
ability to defend and repair against inflammatory
triggers. If the person's immune system is weak, he will
have a weaker response to triggers, leading to chronic
degenerative diseases.
Anti-Inflammatory Lifestyle:
Inflammation can also be
caused by bad diet, sugar, fat,
processed food, lack of
exercise, stress, toxins and so
on.
Solution: Exercise to the level of comfort rather than
distress, examine what you are angry about, try
meditation, mindfulness, and prayer, maintain a positive
attitude and eat foods with high anti-inflammatory
potential.
Anti-Inflammatory Foods: Green leafy vegetables,
celery, beets, broccoli, blueberries, pineapple, salmon,
walnuts, coconut oil, chia seeds, flax seeds, turmeric
and ginger are suggested in optimum quantities.
Himalayan salt crystal is the purest of sea salts and is
anti-inflammatory. As the Himalayan salt is inhaled, it
travels through the sinuses and respiratory tract
absorbing moisture, cleansing, clearing mucus, killing
bacteria and reducing inflammation. Salt therapy
activates multiple physiological processes in your body
and aids in healing. Whereas regular table salt causes
increased blood pressure and inflammation, Himalayan
salts contain around 90 different trace minerals,

Dr. B.R.Pai's Wellness Expedition to Russia and US
Dr. B.R. Pai made a wellness expedition to Russia and
the US. On return, he provided Rotary Mysore with an
update, at the meeting at Rotary Center on 20th Oct.
On such expeditions, Dr. Pai finds a new technology
which adds to what is already known.
After his earlier visit to
G r e e c e , h e
implemented the Salt
Cave here in Mysore.
This time, Science
Information Spirit
Conference in Russia
and the visit to the US,
went hand in hand with implementation of Bio-Well,
BEMER and Structured water devices.
Russia was a double delight. Firstly, the Conference on
Bio-Well - to measure human energy fields as a
parameter for wellness. We can see how well we are!
Secondly, St. Petersburg is a magnificent place - the
cultural capital and a city of palaces. Amber Room,
Faberge Museum and Catherine Palace are landmark
buildings and visual treats. St. Petersburg, near the North
Pole, has White Nights at summer. Nights never grow
dark, with a luminous all-night glow throughout!
On the way, the Frankfurt airport has silent chairs and
Yoga rooms, inspired by our PM!
The US expedition added new dimensions: the Crystal
Blue Structured Water device which can be used in
households, farms and poultry with great benefits, and his
visit to Sanjevani wellness center of friend Dr. Sunil
Pai and a device called BEMER which facilitates micro-
circulation of blood and helps reduce inflammation and
add vim and vigour to our health.
With all these, a visit by the readers to Rtn. Dr. B.R.Pai's
Wellness Facility is overdue! On the occasion, Rotary
Mysore celebrated Dr. Pai’s birthday.

  • 1. From the Founder's Desk Dear Friends, The other day my friend Prof. Dr. Jiten Bhatt was at our Center to experience our Himalayan SaltCrystal Cave. Prof. Dr. Jiten Bhatt is the Founder of the Pynergy & PyraVastu Science. Today he is a world- renowned faculty and founder-director of many Indian and International Holistic Healing Associations. He also a founder-director of Percare Industries, Vadodara, Gujarat. He has conducted many programs in Mysore under Vijay Foundation's banner. To sum it up, he has a multifaceted and magnetic personality. I would like to share some of the thoughts and core philosophies of this hugely successful personality. During my recent visit to New Mexico, USA, Dr. Sunil Pai gave me a copy of his recent book “An Inflammation Nation” wherein he draws on the best s c i e n t i f i c e v i d e n c e t o demonstrate the causative role of chronic inflammation in many of the diseases that kill and disable prematurely and absorb most of our healthcare spending. He gives a 10-step guide to preventing and treating all diseases - the diet, lifestyle and the use of natural anti-inflammatories.   • 2. Back in 2004, TIME put the topic on its cover. What does a stubbed toe or a splinter in a finger or pain in the knee have to do with arthritis & allergies, depression & diabetes? The c o m m o n l i n k i s inflammation. The symptoms are pain, heat, redness, swelling, and loss of function. The tissues are inflamed for excessive periods of time, leading to dis-ease and dis-comfort. A long way back in 700 BC, Charaka said that with an imbalance of Pitta, the body exhibits burning, heat, perspiration, moisture, sloughing, discharge and redness; Vata is vitiated when there is pain, and Kapha causes congestion - all of them inflammatory responses as we know them today. The ancient Romans likened inflammation to “being on fire”. 'itis' is Greek for inflammation. We should know how to recognize this fire and put it out. Inflammation is part of the body's immune response, a pathologic process in which the body's white blood cells and chemicals protect us from infection and foreign substances such as bacteria and virus. It is a lifesaver. Without it, we can't heal. But when it's out of control, it can damage the body. Good / Acute Inflammation protects human body from invaders, reintegrates the physical barrier, repairs damage. It may lead to Bad Inflammation with enlarged blood vessels, increased blood flow, leading to elevated cellular metabolism and tissue destruction. Ugly / Chronic Inflammation is the same defense mechanism which becomes uncontrolled, where white blood cells migrate towards the site and activate the immune system in a dys-regulated manner resulting in tissue destruction and organ dysfunction. It could further lead to over-reaction, self-destruction or autoimmune response, and to cancer. What triggers are causing these symptoms?  Too many pro-inflammatory foods in the diet  Stressful and unhealthy lifestyles with minimal movement or exercise. Once inflammation is triggered in the body, it goes to four weak areas:  Area of trauma  Area of pathology  Area of overuse  Area where the immune system is not strong enough If a person's immunity is good, he will have stronger ability to defend and repair against inflammatory triggers. If the person's immune system is weak, he will have a weaker response to triggers, leading to chronic degenerative diseases. Anti-Inflammatory Lifestyle: Inflammation can also be caused by bad diet, sugar, fat, processed food, lack of exercise, stress, toxins and so on. Solution: Exercise to the level of comfort rather than distress, examine what you are angry about, try meditation, mindfulness, and prayer, maintain a positive attitude and eat foods with high anti-inflammatory potential. Anti-Inflammatory Foods: Green leafy vegetables, celery, beets, broccoli, blueberries, pineapple, salmon, walnuts, coconut oil, chia seeds, flax seeds, turmeric and ginger are suggested in optimum quantities. Himalayan salt crystal is the purest of sea salts and is anti-inflammatory. As the Himalayan salt is inhaled, it travels through the sinuses and respiratory tract absorbing moisture, cleansing, clearing mucus, killing bacteria and reducing inflammation. Pai made a wellness expedition to Russia and the US. On return, he provided Rotary Mysore with an update, at the meeting at Rotary Center on 20th Oct. On such expeditions, Dr. Pai finds a new technology which adds to what is already known. After his earlier visit to G r e e c e , h e implemented the Salt Cave here in Mysore. This time, Science Information Spirit Conference in Russia and the visit to the US, went hand in hand with implementation of Bio-Well, BEMER and Structured water devices. Russia was a double delight. Firstly, the Conference on Bio-Well - to measure human energy fields as a parameter for wellness. We can see how well we are!
