The document summarizes a health scan workshop conducted by Syenergy Environics Ltd. in Bangalore. The workshop provided health awareness and a non-intrusive diagnostic screening. The screening assessed the participant's homeostasis and lifestyle. Simple lifestyle changes were suggested along with exercises, muscle relaxation, bija mantras, and mudras. The workshop aimed to help participants lead a healthy life and cope with any health issues in a holistic manner through lifestyle changes instead of medical treatments.
What you and your loved ones need to know in order to restore your health even without medication nor doctor's consultation which may or may not benefit.
Alternative medicine is any practice that aims to achieve the healing effects of medicine, but which lacks biological plausibility and is untested, untestable or proven ineffective. Complementary medicine (CM), complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), integrated medicine or integrative medicine (IM), and holistic medicine are among many rebrandings of the same phenomenon. Alternative therapies share in common that they reside outside medical science, and rely on pseudoscience. Traditional practices become "alternative" when used outside their original settings without proper scientific explanation and evidence. Frequently used derogatory terms for the alternative are new-age or pseudo, with little distinction from quackery.

"Developed from an integration of astrology, alchemy, medicine, and magic, traditional Indian healing groups consist of the systems of Ayurveda, yoga, unani, siddha, and homeopathy (Kumar, Bhugra, & Singh, 2005). Before consulting with medical professionals, standard practice encourages that South East Indian individuals seek religious centers if they experience psychological distress or illness. The following intervention paper discusses Moodley and West’s (2005) chapter on integrating South Asian Indian traditional healing into Western psychotherapy. This paper will also summarize additional scholarly articles on how South Asian Indian traditional healing promotes health and wellbeing. Finally, this paper briefly discusses how South Asian Indian traditional healing can be integrated into mental health programming.
...
Although the Western healthcare system has demonstrated vast evidence of success, healthcare providers must persistently recognize the meaning traditional practices hold for South Asians (Hilton, Grewal, Popatia, et al., 2001). Researchers emphasize the importance of comprehensive and preventative treatment when integrating traditional healing practices with Western medicine (Sharma et al., 2007). Integrating treatment with a holistic context will help to create a culturally sensitive atmosphere that may promote insight towards alternatives to better health."

📌Free webinar on "Natural Healing"
The healing power of nature refers to the body's innate ability to heal itself. When illness or imbalance occurs the body naturally wants to correct this in an effort to be healthy and well. As naturopaths we believe that symptoms are a manifestation of the body's attempt to rehabilitate.
Naturopathic medicine recognizes and respects the inherent self-healing ability of the body. Identify and Treat the Cause. The naturopathic doctor seeks to identify and remove the underlying causes of illness, rather than trying to eliminate or suppress symptoms. First Do No Harm.

Lung Cancer: Artificial Intelligence, Synergetics, Complex System Analysis, S...Oleg Kshivets
RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years – 64.8%, 20 years – 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP – more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0—N12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0—N12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.

It all started with a personal health awareness
presentation involving aspects of food, lifestyle and
environment. Some do's and don'ts were listed with the
objectivesofenhancingbodyimmunityandwellbeing.
This was followed by a very individualized basic health
diagnostic with the help of a cutting-edge screening
system called the electro-interstitial scan, a diagnosis
that screens the entire body and gives the status of vital
organs and systems of the body. A 20-minute evaluation
was done on my homeostasis and lifestyle. This gave me
an overview of my present health conditions and vital
parameters.
Some simple lifestyle changes - in my living and working
environment (cell phone usage etc.), food habits,

some basic exercises specific to my requirements, were

Unique sound vibrations called bija mantras were
suggested. Bija mantras are one-syllable seed sounds that
when said aloud, activate and harmonize energy centers
of the body (chakras). When you chant the bija mantras,
you resonate with the energy of the associated energy
centre, helping that area balance its natural energy
frequenciesandfunctionoptimally.
Specific Mudras (hand postures and finger gestures) were
prescribed. Mudras create specific energy circuits in the
body, allowing the body's own energy to heal a particular
area / organ. Different mudras help alleviate problems
with heart and blood pressure, digestive system,
diabetes, joint and muscular pains, respiratory problems
like bronchitis and asthma, kidney problems, cold, cough
andbadcholesterol.
Instead of popping pills and drugs or goingfor an intrusive
treatment, I find these lifestyle alterations to be long-
lasting and contributing to true health. A true marriage of
technicalexpertiseandnaturalhealingmethods,indeed.
Let more and more people benefit from such health
scans.
Let me wish you a very happy, healthy and prosperous

Callitbywhatevername,SalttherapyorHalotherapy
(Halos in Greek means salt), or Speleotherapy
(Speleo in Greek means cave) this is as natural as it
gets. It is long known that exposure to salt air

called the Salt Sea, near the Mediterranean) is one of
the world's first health resorts, known to treat a
numberofdiseases.
Salt therapy is known from ancient times as a body
and mind rejuvenation experience. Mineral salt has
also been used for healing and religious purposes in
its natural form. Salt therapy became popular again,
when doctors found that salt miners in Poland had
significantly less health problems. This observation
led to the creation of rejuvenation and rehabilitation
clinics inside the gallerias of the old salt mines.
Patients with respiratory and skin problems relax
there every day for 15-20 minutes. The results were
very positive, as the patients made visible
improvements.
Today, salt therapy is known in many countries of the
world involving stay in a suitably shaped salt cave

In recent years, researches and studies have proven
the beneficial effects of halo therapy against stress,
during pregnancy, both for the mother and for the
embryo, for sport performance enhancement, as

generalpublic,wehavesometimesfounditdifficultto
reach the target audience, or to scale. Sickness is
priority, not wellness! In such a scenario, it is always
good to have a forum of like-minded people spread
geographically but seamlessly integrate virtually.
Experts and enthusiasts in different aspects of
wellness - physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual,
even financial etc., can be members of such a forum.
Using the power of collaboration, one can always rely
upon the members of such a forum to share, support
and call upon, in order to reach a critical mass of
wellness-aware citizens. It also helps not to reinvent
the wheel and to stick to one's strengths. After all, this

Om purnamada purnamidam,

billions of light-years across. Together they suggest the
surprisingly similar patterns found in vastly different
naturalphenomena.)
In the Vedic tradition of India, it is held that "as is the

macrocosm."WhatistrueoftheMacrocosmistrueofthe
Microcosm, which holds that each being is a complete
reflection of the entire universe, and vice versa. This
implies that every magical energy in the universe has its
exactequivalentinsideeveryhumanbeing.
Ancient Indian philosophy says that man is the
microcosm of the Universe. The Universe is referred to as
the brahmanda and Man is referred to kshudra-
brahmanda.
The physicalworld is a parallelmanifestation of particular
characteristicsofthisuniversalintelligence.
Today all this has scientific support. Nature's Scientific
reports, to quote: “The universe may be growing in the
same way as a giant brain - with the electrical wiring
between brain cells 'mirrored' by the shape of expanding
galaxies." Looking at simulations of galaxy
interconnections in the early universe and neuron
interconnections makes it virtually impossible to tell
them apart. The brain and the cosmos, like the Internet,
are networks, and they evolve the same way. The result,
the authors argue, is that the universe really does grow
like a brain. In a related article in the prestigious journal
Science, researchers have discovered that the
connections in the brain are highly organized, the brain's
structure is like a grid of city wiring, the neurons
traversinginalldirections.
The implication is that just as our bodies are cells in the
body of the universe, our consciousness is immersed in
theuniversalmind.
Indeed!TheKingdomofGodistrulywithinus.

macrocosm, so is the microcosm, as is the atom, so is the
universe, as is the human mind, so is the cosmic mind." -
