normal .
Cover your ears .
Boil water with chukku and malli (3:4)
and drink this hot medicated water,
25ml in every 30 mts .
Wait for good appetite to come .
Eat only kanji and payar (with out oil
and with salt and pepper) in
accordance to your appetite .
Carry on with your routine work (not
heavy work) ,but on enough medicated
water .
Take SHADDHARANAM TABLETS
once in every 4 hours for 2 days .
