Lisa MacLeod
Lisa MacLeod has over 25 years experience working with academic programs globally to ensure
students receive the best instruction to develop their skills. Lisa is very familiar with the various
leadership styles that are required to actively participate in the global community and is an expert both
academically and administratively from the international and national perspective in training,
development and consultation. Lisa has taught at all levels and age groups and has held leadership
and management positions in Canada, Japan, Oman, Qatar and the UAE. In the past, Lisa has been
involved with professional associations and has taken an active role in administration and strategic
planning in several educational organizations. Professional development is a key component in her
career and contributing to the development of human development has always been a passion.
10. Our Leaders:
Tina Blackaby
Tina Blackaby was born and raised in the UK. Her qualifications were all gained in Britain including
Newcastle University, Leeds University, Reading University and Manchester University. Tina has
worked extensively in education across all age groups and is passionate about teaching and learning.
In addition to her experience as a Principal she has sat on several advisory boards including the UK
inspection body OFSTED and the Curriculum Standards Authority. Her International experience
includes working in Pakistan, Nigeria, Australia, Abu Dhabi for Abu Dhabi Education Council and as
Regional Director MENA for one of the largest providers of private education in the world. Tina has
extensive experience writing and delivering Professional Development for teachers and school
leaders.
School Improvement and School Leadership skills are her specialty.
