    What is a school evaluation and why must schools follow school evaluation systems?


    A school evaluation is an assessment process undertaken by administrators and other education
    decision-makers to make well-founded decisions on planning, designing, and implementing various
    projects and programs. It shows a clear picture of a school’s commitment to establish a benchmark
    and provide quality education. The outcomes of a school’s evaluation may indicate the need for one
    or more of the following:


            Continual school improvement plan
            General professional development workshops for faculty and staff
            Alternatives towards international accreditation
            Career development for students, faculty and staff

    Administrators today are face with pressures to improve the teaching and learning in their schools and
    experience the pressure from all stakeholders. The inspection results from year to year create a
    reaction towards education rather than a calculated action plan that is carefully considered.      By
    designing and implementing a tailor made school improvement plan, all stakeholders will be aware of
    the action intended to improve on areas that will encourage and support learning.

    Lisa MacLeod


    Lisa MacLeod has over 25 years experience working with academic programs globally to ensure
    students receive the best instruction to develop their skills. Lisa is very familiar with the various
    leadership styles that are required to actively participate in the global community and is an expert both
    academically and administratively from the international and national perspective in training,
    development and consultation. Lisa has taught at all levels and age groups and has held leadership
    and management positions in Canada, Japan, Oman, Qatar and the UAE. In the past, Lisa has been
    involved with professional associations and has taken an active role in administration and strategic
    planning in several educational organizations. Professional development is a key component in her
    career and contributing to the development of human development has always been a passion.

    Tina Blackaby


    Tina Blackaby was born and raised in the UK. Her qualifications were all gained in Britain including
    Newcastle University, Leeds University, Reading University and Manchester University. Tina has
    worked extensively in education across all age groups and is passionate about teaching and learning.
    In addition to her experience as a Principal she has sat on several advisory boards including the UK
    inspection body OFSTED and the Curriculum Standards Authority.         Her International experience
    includes working in Pakistan, Nigeria, Australia, Abu Dhabi for Abu Dhabi Education Council and as
    Regional Director MENA for one of the largest providers of private education in the world. Tina has
    extensive experience writing and delivering Professional Development for teachers and school
    leaders.


    School Improvement and School Leadership skills are her specialty.

Company Profile Transformational Synergies International (TSI) offers educational institutions guidance, support and professional development workshops that cover a variety of pedagogical trends and are tailored to meet the needs of the school. These workshops are practical, highly interactive and are designed to further enhance the educator’s skills and knowledge required for the 21st century student. All workshops are designed to provide an individualized blueprint for continual school improvement and success. A school evaluation is an assessment process undertaken by administrators and other education decision-makers to make well-founded decisions on planning, designing, and implementing various projects and programs. It shows a clear picture of a school’s commitment to establish a benchmark and provide quality education. The outcomes of a school’s evaluation may indicate the need for one or more of the following:  Continual school improvement plan  General professional development workshops for faculty and staff  Alternatives towards international accreditation  Career development for students, faculty and staff

Our team is capable to carry out the comprehensive evaluation study to assess your school’s performance, exploring areas such as, academic, non-academic, administration, financial and governance operations. We not only work on school evaluations but also assist in developing a report with our comprehensive set of strategies and supporting action plans for your administration to lead your school’s development towards achieving academic accreditation at the international level.   • 9. Our Leaders: Lisa MacLeod Lisa MacLeod has over 25 years experience working with academic programs globally to ensure students receive the best instruction to develop their skills. Lisa is very familiar with the various leadership styles that are required to actively participate in the global community and is an expert both academically and administratively from the international and national perspective in training, development and consultation. Lisa has taught at all levels and age groups and has held leadership and management positions in Canada, Japan, Oman, Qatar and the UAE. In the past, Lisa has been involved with professional associations and has taken an active role in administration and strategic planning in several educational organizations. Professional development is a key component in her career and contributing to the development of human development has always been a passion.
  • 10. Our Leaders: Tina Blackaby Tina Blackaby was born and raised in the UK. Her qualifications were all gained in Britain including Newcastle University, Leeds University, Reading University and Manchester University. Tina has worked extensively in education across all age groups and is passionate about teaching and learning. In addition to her experience as a Principal she has sat on several advisory boards including the UK inspection body OFSTED and the Curriculum Standards Authority. Her International experience includes working in Pakistan, Nigeria, Australia, Abu Dhabi for Abu Dhabi Education Council and as Regional Director MENA for one of the largest providers of private education in the world. Tina has extensive experience writing and delivering Professional Development for teachers and school leaders. School Improvement and School Leadership skills are her specialty.
