Narrative of different types of persona’s with different characteristics who are
categorised into different stereotypes-such as emo, chav, geek etc. Who are
uncomfortable with how people perceive them. But in the end come to the
realisation that they are beautiful no matter how they look.
Main topic of –Self-image and consciousness.
Resources that will be needed? (Actors, props, settings, technical

Actress or Actors-have not decided if one person will represent all the
stereotypes or if a number of people present their own stereotype.
Setting of a bedroom-Mirror (looking at the reflection), School environment.
Props –makeup, different types of clothing that conform to the different
stereotypes.
Justification of ideas relating to artist, genre and audience questionnaire
and focus group information.
My song is influenced by my target audience from the poll results as it justified
that my market. I will be relating to the pop genre as many popular pop music
videos that have a self-image narrative such as Perfect by Pink. As most of my
audience from the questionnaire are female I will be conforming to a female
audience with a narrative based on female issues as most young girls suffer
from not having self-confidence but this can also be suitable for the male
audience. I will be relating back to the artist as I will be using the star motif with
the use of makeup and hair appliances.
