This document contains tweets from a summit on transformational leadership and change. It discusses how change is happening more rapidly, in 30-60 day cycles now rather than long projects. It emphasizes the importance of building agency and empowering networks of people, not just top-down directives. New approaches focus on creating platforms and conditions for collaboration, where everyone can contribute to solving challenges rather than being told how to change. Social connections and discussions are much more effective for spreading new ideas than traditional top-down knowledge transfer methods.
Workplace Change and Transition by Catherine AdenleCatherine Adenle
Is your company currently undergoing major changes that will affect you or the staff in your organization? These changes are probably in response to the evolving needs of customers. They are made possible because of the change in economy, telecommunications and digital technology. And you can expect that they will result in significant reorganisation, improvements and profitability--all will result in success that all employees will share in future but navigating the change curve for you and others will be challenging. This presentation will provide tools and resources to help you cope with the change.
This is a presentation describing key elements of "Reinventing Organizations" as put together by author Frederic Laloux in his famous book "Reinventing Organizations". In fact this presentation provides an excerpt and useful summaries relating to this approach.
NITLE Shared Academics: Fostering a Collaborative Culture: Smart Change and S...NITLE
Institutional readiness to respond and even thrive amid rapid change is dependent on the ability to cultivate a culture of collaboration and embrace transformative change. Indeed, institutional speed of response ultimately depends on shared vision, shared agreement, and shared leadership. Ann Hill Duin urges those involved with planning throughout all levels of an organization to actively foster a culture of collaboration. Doing so will ready your institution to tackle complex challenges and transform them into opportunities for reinvention and re-invigoration. As a professor of writing studies, Ann Hill Duin studies the language of the transactions that occur through networks of individuals engaged in collaborative, strategic work. During her 15 years in higher education administration, she has worked to build shared leadership across colleges, institutions, and academic and administrative realms. In her study of multiple inter-institutional partnerships, she found that a key component of fostering a collaborative culture is increased access to and shared understanding of “smart” change and “shared” leadership. During this Shared Academics seminar, you will gain increased understanding of these concepts and examine an action plan for strategic partnering.
My recent keynote on how to build a culture of innovation. I present a series of actionable models together with a real life case study to bring them to life.

Russian anarchist and anti-war movement in the third year of full-scale warAntti Rautiainen
Anarchist group ANA Regensburg hosted my online-presentation on 16th of May 2024, in which I discussed tactics of anti-war activism in Russia, and reasons why the anti-war movement has not been able to make an impact to change the course of events yet. Cases of anarchists repressed for anti-war activities are presented, as well as strategies of support for political prisoners, and modest successes in supporting their struggles.

What’s the evidence?
The failure of large scale
transformational change projects is
rarely due to the content or
structure of the plans that are put
into action
To make transformational change
happen we need to connect networks
of people who ‘want’ to contribute
