People age 65 and older now make up 8 percentof the population,in 2030 it will be will be 13%.

In 2030, Chinese and Indians make up 35% of the world's population. In the meantime, a
million young Indians enter the labour market every month over the next 20 years.
THE WORLD GETS URBAN
The majority of the globe’s population now lives in cities and this will continue to increase
in the decades ahead.
