7. The transformation delivery architecture
development model canvas can be used to help
your team identify strategies, risks, barriers, and
assets needed to transform how existing
delivery problems are solved.
This canvas can also be used in combination
with other planning canvas', models, and
frameworks such as the business model canvas,
enterprise architecture model, innovation stack
framework, situational leadership assessment
framework, and the OSI model.
Thoughtful attention and consideration should
be given towards identifying the unique
elements, characteristics, and barriers of each
user environment. Depending on the risk
assessment, many of these will warrant a
