Course Overview
This high impact Train The Trainer workshop is designed to equip professional trainers with the
right tools to design and deliver effective training programs in the workplace. The workshop
address standard principles of applied adult learning and effective reinforcement through
workshop-based activities, focusing on the required training skills in today’s professional
workplace. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the learning cycle, the
learning needs of adults, planning and developing different types of training, delivering,
assessing and evaluating the success of the training effectiveness.
Facilitated by an accredited Trainer, Coach and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic
Programming (NLP) with over 20 years of L&D experience (Australian National). Her trainings
focus on adult learning principles and preferred learning styles. She has resided in the Middle
East for over 21 years and her mission is to help people discover their full potential and achieve
goals, both professionally and personally.
This is an ILM Endorsed Programme (City & Guilds, UK).
Course Objectives
Following the completion of our Train The Trainer workshop you will be able to design your own
training session, understand how adults learn and the role of the trainer in facilitating and
evaluating the learning process. You will have a wider range of delivery tools and techniques to
call on, and know when and how to use them.
