negative insights,
discussion was also held
to solve the issues
delivered by the students.
Participation of the learners
was observed. However, it
was not so active compared

V. REMARKS The lesson rendered well.
Learners were participative
in the discussion
The lesson was delivered
smoothly. Learners
shared the insights they
knew before about
reaction paper.
Learners were too eager
to learn the techniques in
writing reaction paper
that’s why questions were
raised during the
discussion. Each question
was dealt accordingly.
However some male
learners were still
confused and they were
asking for additional
insights.
Based on the activities
provided about the lesson,
the learners are now ready
to continue the writing of
reaction paper. Submission
will be on Tuesday.

V. REMARKS Evaluation of the test went
well. Discussion of the least
and most learned skills
were done together with
the learners. Sharing of
insights happened.
Unfortunately, the two
sections GAS and HE
were not yet ready for
the presentation. They
asked for one day to
finish the task. On the
other hand, learners
from the AGRI started the
presentation on the
writing process. Group 1
was able to present
successfully. Group 2 was
still unfinished because
there were some
revisions suggested
during the presentation.
2 more groups are still
waiting for their time to
do the presentation.
GAS- The learners were
divided into two groups.
The first group was
headed by Theresa and
the second group was led
by Vladimir. Oral
presentation did not
succeed because the
expected outcome was
not achieved well.
Learners were instructed
to revise their work.
Suggestions were given by
the teacher.
As far as the written
output was concerned. It
was not yet collected
because the teacher used
the concept of “ My
Classmate is my
Responsibility” The
learners were informed
that each of them is
responsible to one
another. They will be the
one who do follow-up
regarding the task of their
classmates or else
everyone will be affected.
The teacher also stressed
that they can give
guidance/tutorial to their
classmates who are still
GAS- 2 groups were able to
present. Every detail of the
report was scrutinized. Both
parties threw insights during
the report.
AGRI- 6 groups presented.
They followed what was
suggested to them to do to
achieve better output.
H.E. –only 1 group
presented. The other group
was not yet done with the
revision. The last group was
called their attention by the
teacher after the class.
unfinished but not to the
point of they will be the
one to write the task
assigned.
AGRI- there are 6 groups
but only one group was
able to present
successfully. Other groups
were asked to revise their
output based on what
they observed during the
presentation of the first
group.
Written output- not yet
collected because of the
number of learners who
were able to finish. The
teacher also used the
concept of “ My Classmate
is my Responsibility” to
encourage everybody to
finish the task.
H.E. – there are 2 groups.
Unfortunately only 1
group did the
presentation. Details were
insufficient; therefore the
group was also instructed
to do the revision.
Written output – not yet
collected.
VI. REFLECTION
A. No. of learners who earned 80% on the
formative assessment
First Quarter Test Result
was not yet satisfying.
There is still a room for
improvement. GAS learners
got 52.89 in the MPS. TVL-
AGRI received 56.63 and
HE got 56.80.
AGRI 34 learners were
present
HE/GAS- no meeting
happened because the
learners used the time
for library works.
Revision was advised to all
presenters.
B. No of learners who require additional
activities for remediation
Fortunately one student in
H.E. who was not able to
get the test last Friday
attended the class today
and was able to take the
test.
C. Did the remedial lessons work? No. of
learners who have caught up with the lesson
Remedial sessions will be
determined after the
presentation of the
learners in their
performance tasks. The
teacher and the learners
made an agreement that
they will help one another
to receive a satisfying
grade.
D. No. of learners who continue to require
remediation
E. Which of my teaching strategies works
well? Why did these work?
Encouraging the learners to
do better can be achieved,
if the teacher knows the
paralanguage in
approaching/dealing with
the students.
F. What difficulties did I encounter which
my principal or supervisor can help me
solve?
G. What innovation or localized materials

  • 20. I. Evaluating the learning J. Additional activities for application or remediation / Assignment The teacher will inform the learners to prepare the output intended for their performance tasks. (Reaction paper and their report in the writing process). Tell them that the presentation will be tomorrow. V. REMARKS Evaluation of the test went well. Discussion of the least and most learned skills were done together with the learners. Sharing of insights happened. Unfortunately, the two sections GAS and HE were not yet ready for the presentation. They asked for one day to finish the task. On the other hand, learners from the AGRI started the presentation on the writing process. Group 1 was able to present successfully. Group 2 was still unfinished because there were some revisions suggested during the presentation. 2 more groups are still waiting for their time to do the presentation. GAS- The learners were divided into two groups. The first group was headed by Theresa and the second group was led by Vladimir. Oral presentation did not succeed because the expected outcome was not achieved well. Learners were instructed to revise their work. Suggestions were given by the teacher. As far as the written output was concerned. It was not yet collected because the teacher used the concept of “ My Classmate is my Responsibility” The learners were informed that each of them is responsible to one another. They will be the one who do follow-up regarding the task of their classmates or else everyone will be affected. The teacher also stressed that they can give guidance/tutorial to their classmates who are still GAS- 2 groups were able to present. Every detail of the report was scrutinized. Both parties threw insights during the report. AGRI- 6 groups presented. They followed what was suggested to them to do to achieve better output. H.E. –only 1 group presented. The other group was not yet done with the revision. The last group was called their attention by the teacher after the class.

Other groups were asked to revise their output based on what they observed during the presentation of the first group. Written output- not yet collected because of the number of learners who were able to finish. The teacher also used the concept of “ My Classmate is my Responsibility” to encourage everybody to finish the task. H.E. – there are 2 groups. Unfortunately only 1 group did the presentation. Details were insufficient; therefore the group was also instructed to do the revision. Written output – not yet collected. VI. REFLECTION A. No. of learners who earned 80% on the formative assessment First Quarter Test Result was not yet satisfying. There is still a room for improvement. GAS learners got 52.89 in the MPS. TVL- AGRI received 56.63 and HE got 56.80. AGRI 34 learners were present HE/GAS- no meeting happened because the learners used the time for library works. Revision was advised to all presenters. B.
