semester to focus on specific skill
development for the classroom
This may be facilitated by the HT, faculty
members or other school/external staff.
Staff who have attended TPL events may
also be in a position to deliver these.

Key Points
• Participation is encouraged by all
staff.
• Lesson observations are anticipated
to be approximately 20-30 mins of
the lesson.
• Faculty workshops can be on any
day/format i.e. Wednesday
afternoon hands on workshop
teamed up with a faculty
dinner/outing.
