 Choose classical styles for formal
presentations.
 Match the styles to the content and
purpose.
 Use common fonts
 Use only 2 or 3 fonts
Text
 Use a simple letter for normal text
 Use italics or bold to emphasize
 Do not use fonts smaller that 28 or bigger
than 36
 Use normal upper an lower case
 Use the 7 and 7 rule, 7 words per line, 7
slides for presentation.
 Avoid sub-headings
Images
 Should be according to the topic.
 Use backgrounds that contrast with texts
and images.
 Use images to capture attention and
clarify points.
 Use graphics, boxes or lines.

distract, keep it simple.
