This document analyzes a person's time management over two days using a quadrant system to categorize activities as important/urgent, important/non-urgent, non-important/urgent, and non-important/non-urgent. For day one, 65% of time was spent on important/urgent tasks but efficiency could be improved. Day two saw a better balance of 57% on important/urgent tasks and 25% on important/non-urgent tasks, representing higher effectiveness and efficiency. Overall, the analysis finds time is generally spent effectively but procrastination prevents higher efficiency.
