This document summarizes Jacob Krasnow's analysis of his time management over two days based on Stephen Covey's time management matrix. Krasnow recorded all his activities and classified them into the four quadrants of the matrix: urgent/important, urgent/not important, not urgent/important, and not urgent/not important. On the first day, most activities fell into the important but not urgent quadrant. The second day had more urgent activities. Overall, around half his time was spent on important tasks, which is ideal. To improve, Krasnow aims to minimize urgent/not important tasks and avoid not important tasks.
